The Port Gamble Rogaine is an orienteering event. Participants will visit as many of the 30-40 checkpoints that they can within the given time period. Participants are allowed to visit checkpoints in any order by foot or bike using only map and compass. Checkpoints are located throughout Stottlemeyer Forest and Port Gamble. More info

Sprint Adventure Race - August 18, Ellensburg WA
We are excited to offer you a sprint adventure race in an area that has a long history of adventure racing. This will be a classic adventure race with an expected duration of 5-10 hours. All checkpoints will be obtained in sequential order. The course will consist of 20-30 miles of mountain biking and 5-15 miles of trekking and trail running. There will be no paddling in this race. The course will be completely navigation based, and teams should be proficient with using a map and compass in order to finish the course. More info

24-hour Adventure Race - July 7, Cougar WA
Teams can expect a challenging race. This is a new area for Trioba and we hope to introduce you to a completely unique experience. There will be 15-25 miles of flat water paddling, 50-75 miles of biking, and 20-30 miles of trekking and trail running. Biking will be on paved and forest service roads, and single track. Treking will be on and off trail. Expect lots of climbing. The course will be completely navigation based, and teams should be proficient with using a map and compass in order to finish the course. Online Registration with Checkpoint Tracker
Trioba Adventure Races are a part of the Checkpoint Tracker Series. This is a nationwide series of over 75 races which will culminate in a national championship. All teams will be required to register for our races through the Checkpoint tracker site.
Benefits of Using Checkpoint Tracker
Using Checkpoint Tracker allows your team to be ranked at the end of each race and lets us use Checkpoint Tracker's online leaderboard, and many other powerful online features. It will also allow you to be part of the series and be eligible to compete and be ranked against over 250 other teams from around the country.
Registering - Team Leader
If you already have a Checkpoint Tracker user account and team profile, log on to Checkpoint Tracker and begin with Step 4.
- Go to Checkpoint Tracker
- Create a user account (racer profile)
- Create a team profile
- Have each member of your team create a user account
- Add each team member to your team roster (you will need their racer id)
- Select a "squad" from the team roster to participate in a specific race
- Register the squad for a race
You only need to create a Checkpoint Tracker user account once. After that, you can be added to (or removed from) any Checkpoint Tracker team. And once you're on a team, you can be selected to participate in a specific race as a part of a squad.
Registering - Team Members
If you already have a Checkpoint Tracker user account and are not a member of the team you plan to race with, give the Team Leader your racer id and they will add you to the team roster.
If you don't have a Checkpoint Tracker account, create one and then give the Team Leader your racer id.
