Ellensburg, Washington
Located in the foothills near Ellensburg this race holds the possibility for some serious on your feet open terrain navigation. The mountain bike discipline may have you following the manicured lines of elk trails, the rugged 4x4 roads of the four wheelers or the smooth gravel roads made for the locals. Eastern Washington merry May weather can cast forth anything from wind, to snow, to rain, to sweet sunshine so select your best three and prepare your mind or get left behind.

You can check-in Friday evening or Saturday morning at the HQ/start line.
Directions to Start/Finish Line:
From either direction on I-90, take exit 101.
Turn South onto Thorp Highway, travel 0.7 miles.
Turn RIGHT onto Thorp Cemetery Road, travel 3 miles.
Turn LEFT onto Watt Canyon Road, travel 1 mile to the HQ/Finish Area.

Registration: $300.00 per team
Registration after April 30: $350 per team.
This includes SPORTident rental.
Support
This is a fully supported race. You do not need a support crew.
However, you will need to be self sufficient during the race. No food or water will be provided on the course.
Captain's Meeting
Captains meeting on Saturday morning. USGS 1:24000 topo type maps will be used. Maps will be handed out on Friday night around 7:30pm.
Timing
SPORTident timing will be used at all TRIOBA races and you will be provided a timing card, you cannot bring your own.

The TRIOBA Sprint Race is associated with the PNWAR ranking system. Finishing teams will receive points based on their finishing places and be incorporated into this Northwest ranking system, which ranks Northwest teams and will determine the Northwest Championship.
